Recently,the world-renowned journal of law The Lawyer released the list of Top 30 Chineselaw firms by revenue in 2016. By virtue of its steadily increasing performanceand robust development momentum, Tahota was listed in the list of Top 30Chinese law firms by revenue, and also ascended to the list of Top 5 Chinese lawfirms by the increase of per capita revenue.

The Lawyer recorded the key performance and development trend of Chinese large-scalelaw firms and a batch of famous small and medium-sized elite law firms from 2016to 2017 objectively and accurately via survey. Centering on the objective datasuch as total annual revenue of law firm, scale of law firm, number of lawyers,per capita revenue of partners, profit rate and newly increased offices, itcarried out objective analysis on domestic leading law firms, and made comparisonof the 30 top law firms in depth with combination of five aspects of law firms,namely integrated operation degree, talent introduction and training, reform andinnovation, professional expertise and customer feedback.

As shown in the survey by The Lawyer, in 2016, the sum of revenue from Top 30 lawfirms by revenue reached to RMB26.15 billion (about £2.94 billion), and theprofit reached to RMB12.66 billion (about £1.4 billion), doubling that in 2013 within4 years. In the foreseeable future, the increment in Chinese legal servicemarket will still expand further.
